(Sydney) TWILIGHT TALKS – Let’s Act On…Food Waste!

In Australia, over 5 million tonnes of food ends up as landfill, enough to fill 9,000 Olympic sized swimming pools! Join us for our third Twilight Talk for 2019, which will give you the information and practical tools you need to act on the issue of food waste.

Guest speaker: Kate Gardner is the Sydney Chapter Leader for Youth Food Movement (YFM) Australia. YFM is a community that brings people to the table, using food to tackle big issues, one bite at a time. They aim to make complex issues around food accessible, tangible and human.

Venue: The Grail Centre - 22 McHatton Street, North Sydney. Easy to reach via public transport. Street parking available.
